01

Executive Scheme Overview

The fundamental goal of DDC INDIA MALL is to establish a high-efficiency, localized distribution gateway that directly bridges the gap between verified manufacturers (“Makers”) and regional retail markets (“Markets”).

National Distribution Optimization

By organizing a unified network of 800 exclusive district hubs across 800 districts, the ecosystem removes the need for manufacturers to deploy separate regional distribution systems.

Multi-Channel Supply Integration

Every DDC works as the central merchant powerhouse for local retailers, canteens, institutions, walk-in customers, and e-commerce buyers.

02

Step-by-Step Operational Process

After commercial licensing and statutory paperwork such as GST activation, FSSAI registration, and bank account setup, digital and logistics hub operations will start through this automated process.

  • Step I: Unique Identification & Software Provisioning – Head Office assigns your dedicated DDC code and activates admin terminal access to the unified B2B/B2C Enterprise ERP software.
  • Step II: Digital Stock Curation – Partner gets real-time visibility into the live catalog of certified manufacturing units listed on IndianMSME.org.
  • Step III: Order Placement & Secure Routing – Partner places bulk orders via ERP. Financial clearances are routed to the corporate bank account of ASC Distributor Private Limited (ADPL).
  • Step IV: Automated Inventory Synch – After payment confirmation, manufacturer dispatches goods and the software automatically syncs transit stock into the DDC inventory terminal.
  • Step V: Delivery Ingestion & Active Billing – After stock arrives, partner starts billing and merchant distribution. Shortage or damage handling is managed through debit/credit note generation in ERP.

Dual-Stock Strategy: MSME Products vs Regional Products

To unlock maximum volume penetration and optimize profit within the territory, the DDC operates on a flexible Dual-Stock Architecture.

Stock Classification Description & Sourcing Strategic Advantage
MSME Products (MP) National brands and premium certified goods listed directly on IndianMSME.org. Quality assurance, consumer trust, and authority as the sole National Distributor within the district.
Regional Products (RP) Locally manufactured products that are low-cost, popular, and competitive in the state or territory. Lower logistics cost, better price-to-margin ratio, and stronger grip over localized merchant trade.
ERP Price Comparison Engine: The ERP displays a live MSME Price vs RP Price Chart, helping the partner choose the most cost-effective, high-margin, and consumer-friendly stock path.
Grassroots Supply-Chain Onboarding: The DDC partner can identify local mills, factories, and regional product units and register them on IndianMSME.org to digitize local procurement.
05

Revenue Architecture & Margin Structure

Operating under a Zero-Royalty and Zero-Revenue-Sharing covenant, the DDC India Mall partner retains 100% of profits generated through multi-channel trade streams.

Direct Experience Hub Retail Sales

8% to 35% direct-to-consumer profit margins.

Wholesale Supply & Merchant Trade

Recurring bulk sales to retailers and kirana networks at 3% to 15% margins.

In-Store Media & Branding Revenue

Recurring income from display slots, shelf branding, flex space, and brand promotions.

Institutional Fulfillment

Bulk-procurement fulfillment for schools, offices, corporate facilities, and government departments.

06

Operational Platform Support Fee

  • Fee Structure: Charged at 1% of daily transaction volume, subject to a strict maximum ceiling of ₹100 per day.
  • Mode of Deduction: Automatically calculated and deducted daily from the partner’s integrated ERP digital wallet.
  • Purpose: Dedicated to platform maintenance, cloud infrastructure stability, and continuous field support.
  • Important Note: This fee does not violate the zero-royalty covenant on core trade margins.

  • Agricultural License Activation: In subsequent stages, DDC integrates with agricultural channels for seeds, bio-fertilizers, farm machinery, and Ardh Sainik Krishi Kendras.
  • Wholesale Liquor Distribution Integration: In legally permitted states and subject to approvals, corporate infrastructure may be used for state-level wholesale authorization routing through stable DDC networks.
  • Structural National Distribution Asset Worth: As the 800-district grid stabilizes, manufacturers can rely on the pre-established DDC supply capability instead of fragmented distributor creation.
